Agreement

By accessing or using Currvae (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Currvae is a career intelligence platform that helps users draft tailored resumes and cover letters based on career documents, profile information, and job advertisements. The Service is in private beta and uses AI to analyse documents and generate content.

Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You may not share your account with others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious files or content that infringes on others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service.
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission.
  • Generate content that misrepresents your qualifications or experience.

AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate resume and cover letter content. While we design our AI prompts to avoid fabrication, you are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before using it in job applications. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your uploaded documents and generated content. We claim no intellectual property rights over your data. The Service itself (software, design, branding) is owned by us and protected by copyright.

Usage Limits

Private-beta and paid accounts are subject to the allowances and safety limits displayed in the application for the configured release mode. We may change beta allowances with reasonable notice. Excessive or automated use that affects service availability may result in restrictions.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee employment outcomes, interview invitations, or any specific results from using the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may request account deletion from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Deletion is completed only after Currvae verifies removal of associated stored files; provider logs and backups may follow their own retention periods.
